The Code Enforcement Officer's responsibilities include responding to and investigating all code violations; examining and inspecting construction sites and structures to ensure compliance with zoning regulations. Additionally, an inspection to the property will be made to determine compliance with applicable town ordinance provisions and explain ordinance requirements to concerned persons.
