Ideal candidate will have experience in municipal code enforcement, knowledge of town codes, ability to receive and investigate public nuisances, computer skills, good people skills, ability to research records and write reports. Slaughterville Park & Recreational Trail
Construction on the park and recreational trail is progressing. The project includes a half mile walking trail, exercise stations, pavilion, picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles, and restroom facilities. The estimated completion date is in September, 2019. The Town of Slaughterville and Tanner's House are pleased to announce they have reached an agreement to settle the lawsuit filed by Tanner's House in January of 2018. The Fair Housing Act recognizes that facilities such as Tanner's House have the right to operate and offer residential housing to individuals with disabilities.
